@Ginny...Yes. Ginny. This is an actual cross atop the Holy Carpenter Hostel in Hunghom, Kowloon.
From below, you will see a full image of cross from every angle, thus it was designed that way.
But if viewed from the rooftop, it looks strange with the four cross bars, which is where I snapped this shot.
