Sorry for the delayed response, Im mainly using Photoshop nowadays. To answer your question,- contrast, clarity, vibrance & saturation were adjusted, the sky was also replaced and dodge tool was also used.

You should try Picnik to edit your photos, very easy to use. you have to register with flickr though to use it.
